Although I have worked in many restaurants, my passion is catering. I love creating food for events that celebrate something special and bring family and friends together. I work in Reno, NV as a catering chef for a locally owned restaurant and catering company, The Cheese Board. The restaurant has been in operation for over 30 years and strives to use the most seasonal and local products as possible.
